What data we collect

When you fill out the form at /en/contact, we collect what you enter there: name, email, phone, country, and any information you share about your business. If you message us on WhatsApp, we collect what you send in that conversation. We do not ask for or store passwords, card details, or financial information on this site.

What we use it for

We use that information only to respond to your audit request or question, follow up by email or WhatsApp, and understand which channel brought you to us (where you came from, which ad or post you saw). We do not sell your information to third parties or share it beyond the tools listed below.

Analytics, cookies, and third-party pixels

This site uses the following tools, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4) — to understand how the site is used (page views, time on site, where visitors come from).
• Meta Pixel — to measure the effectiveness of Facebook/Instagram campaigns when we run ads.
• Cloudflare — our hosting provider; it processes the technical requests needed to serve the site.

You can block these tools with an ad blocker or by adjusting your browser's cookie permissions — the site works the same without them.

Downloadable resources (PDFs, templates)

The checklists, templates, and prompts you can download from the blog are free and don't require leaving your email — they download directly.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we have about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Write to [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Terms of use

The content on this site (articles, checklists, templates) is for informational use and you're free to use it in your own business. We don't guarantee specific results from any service: every audit and proposal is custom-built once we know your case. Ascenda's names, logos, and content may not be reproduced as your own without permission.
