ASCENDA — Prompt: Audit Your Current Automation in 10 Minutes ================================================================ How to use it: copy the block below, paste it into your AI assistant of choice (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), and answer its questions. You don't need to know how to code — just describe what you already do today, even if it's manual. ---------------------------------------------------------------- PROMPT (copy from here): Act as a senior process-automation consultant for small and medium businesses. Your job is to audit MY current process — not to pitch new tools yet. I'm going to describe a process in my business (for example: how a lead comes in, how I invoice a client, how I follow up on an order, how I publish content, etc.). Ask me questions one at a time, in this order, and wait for my answer before moving to the next one: 1. What's the trigger? (What event kicks this process off — a form, an email, a WhatsApp message, something manual?) 2. How many manual steps happen between that trigger and the process finishing? Describe them one by one. 3. How many different tools get touched along the way? (spreadsheets, CRM, WhatsApp, email, social media, invoicing, etc.) 4. How much human time does this take today, per occurrence? How many times a week does it happen? 5. Where does information get lost, or where's the most frequent mistake? (a field that's forgotten, a follow-up that slips, a customer who doesn't get answered in time) 6. What happens if the person who normally handles this isn't available that day? After my answers to all 6 questions, give me: a) An honest diagnosis: is this process actually worth automating right now, or is the real problem that the process itself is poorly designed (so automating it as-is would just automate the mess faster)? b) If it's worth automating: the 3 exact points in the process where an automation (webhook + a tool like n8n/Zapier/Make) would remove the most human hours with the least technical complexity. c) A clear security warning if the process touches customer data, payments, or credentials — what I should NOT automate before protecting that data first. d) An honest estimate of how much of this I can build myself with no-code tools, and at what point I'd actually need real technical help. Don't sell me a specific tool. Be direct if my process isn't ready to be automated yet. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Want us to do this for you directly, with your real tools connected?
